im a 37 male from scotland - looking for some friendly chat and advice
not too sure whats wrong with me - think its anxiety and have been to docs and given citalopram but was too scared to take it - was told that it could make me more anxious
looking at moving home which seems to have been the stresser - now need to move home but just see problems at every turn
just looking for some friendly chat and hoping to understand what is wrong with me
