Hi all
do any of you sometimes feel okay generally, but have a a sort of nag in your head as if waiting for a panic to happen. This is me today but perhaps thats because i had a very minor panic earlier today.

Hi linda,
Yes i do. I think most people do cus were so afraid of suffering a major panic attack.
Its difficult to get over having that fear of them even tho were told so many times that they cant kill you.
I think the thoughts always at the back of your mind when the next one will rear its ugly head again.
Take care

Hi Linda
Yes, I do feel that. I have described it before as like its just behind me waiting to jump out and scare me! lol But I guess that feeling is stronger when I've had anxiety symptoms (however minor) and I tend to "look for it". Of course we all know worrying makes it worse, but sometimes that hard not to do. Keeping distracted really works for me, so does concentrating on regular breathing if I am starting to get anxious.
Lisa.
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
Hi Linda,
I get that feeling alot also, what i do is try and keep my self busy and it usually goes away. Also breathing techniques are good heres some posts that may help.
