Yes 225 mg but also the 150 when taken in two doses. Not so much insomnia with the xl.

Just had my venlalic 2x75mg xl and a half 37.5mg std release tab this morning. I will take my other 18.75mg tonight. wish me luck

going to tell doc on Monday to give me a few weeks on 150 xl to see how i go.

Beautiful weather here - making me feel very positive. Out in the garden doing some training. He's mastered coming to his name and sit, we're just working on lie down. When I've finished with my partner, I might find some time to train the dog...

Paul - good luck and positive thoughts. I'm sure you'll be fine though no doubt you'll get some initial effects like the rest of us. Distraction and relaxation techniques at the ready. Tip: coming on here's a great distraction.
