Fever goes away during sleep then comes back during day

I’m dealing with some sort of respitory virus right now, thought I was getting better yesterday now I feel like crap again today. The really weird thing is I wake up and no fever then as the day goes I start to get the fever again. Had anyone ever had that happened?

It probably wouldn't be over 100, but it could be 99...
