Fear of the norovirus
Hating winter so much right now , I have etmaphobia so the idea of vomiting sends me into s massive panic. So can imagine with the stomach flu season is here I do everything in my power to stop me and my family getting it , I forever Google symptoms and panic I get it , at the moment for last few months or so I always get lump in throat sensation and nausea so take anti nausea tabs
