Do you have to know what your anxiety is about to feel better from the symptoms. I have had the awfull lightheadedness for over a year noe every single day and i cant seem to shift it.
I have tried not thinking about it, thinking about it and going with it, acsepting it and flowing. Nothing is doing the trick.
Do i have to know what the anxiety is about?
I cant even think straight on anything and i have no motavation to get my work finished, so tired all the time ad headaches without doing a single thing.
Lightheadedness the worst though.
