really scared - Advice ASAP

hey, i feel really weird and i'm really scared and i can't sleep and i dont know what to do.

i have dizziness, sinus pains, light headedness, feeling like im gonna collapse, feel like i can't breath, chest pains.

what is this? any advice?

When I read this, those symptoms sounded to me like maybe you were having a panic attack?

I checked the NHS website - if you click the link below there are a list of symptoms and they seem to fit.

Is this something you've had before? Or do you have any other conditions that might explain how you are feeling?

dont be scared i have it to sometimes dont get outof bed ,feel so wierd its anxiety

If you have any, have a cup of chamomile tea, i always find making the tea helps distract me and it has a good calming effect. Sorry if you`ve been told that a million times, but it can help.
I hate panic attacks, i always get them at work.

GAD may cause many unpleasant symptoms:

• Headaches / Trembling / twitching /Lightheadedness /
• Difficulty concentrating / Nausea / Difficulty breathing
• Sweating, hot flashes / Change in appetite
• Frequent need to use bathroom /Startled easily
• Lump in throat, difficulty swallowing /Sleeplessness
• Restlessness /Muscle tension /Fatigue

Try to have a read thro "symptoms" (left of screen)
There is plenty of information there to help you to understand the awful symptoms you are having.
You will be surprised at how common they are
