Do GP's/CBT people see derealisation as being part of anxiety?

It seems to happen to quite a few of us but do GP's and councillors etc see derealisation as a real symptom of anxiety?

I desceibed symptoms of feeling 'in a bubble, with everyone & everything whooshing around me in fast motion' and my GP told me it was de-realisation and a symptom of my anxiety....so I guess the answer is yes
