Good morning world... have a beautiful Tuesday.

Today I have decided to live without stress, just for one day, even if that means disappointing others very slightly. Just for today, I am not going to stress out about people-pleasing when it probably doesn't matter so much to them anyway.

I wasn't 100% stress free but I did prioritise what I needed to do instead of what others demanded of me. So that's a really positive step for me
