Brain tumor fear returned :(

Yesterday I woke up with muffled hearing in my right ear and today it has got a little bit worse but could this just be wax.

Also when i kneel on my knees my legs and knees hurt pretty bad i heard that muscle weakness can be a sign of a brain tumor :(

I had one little headache that lasted around 3 seconds and then went but I haven't had any since that one and I am not nauseous or nauseated.

Can someone please put my mind at rest because I am terrified.

hello you would have very bad headaches that would be fairly constant, you may vomit and also have fits, please dont be terrified muscle weakness is a sign of brain tumour but it would be numb and unuseable i think your anxiety is fueling your worry, like you said may have blocked ears, a 3 second headache is fine, so enjoy the sunshine and please try not to worry blessings
