OCD with skin

Hello I'm so ocd with my skin e.g. spots to the point it has ruled my life for a long time. This with my severe anxiety and panic attacks are ruining my life. Has anyone heard or is going through anything similar would appreciate hearing if you have, thanks

Not really sure what you mean to be honest. Could you clarify a bit? Do you mean you obsessively try to get rid of your spots/thinking of them takes over your day? or you feel compulsions to pick at them?

Skin picking is something seen in childhood mostly, do you mean something like that?
