Just a tip I hope helps any one worrying or going through bad anxiety. Just remember it is NOT a permanent thing, it will pass and you won't feel like this forever. When you're struggling to cope remember you'll be fine and it will have disappeared soon, so why not now? Just think about it, you're going to be fine so let's not waste anymore time with this pointless panicking and just remember you're strong and even though it's not pleasant you CAN cope and you're going to be ok. Do you feel this way 24/7? No, it's a temporary feeling that will go away. Remember you felt like this before like it wouldn't go away but it does and you were fine. I know it's easier said than done but it really helps me when I am at my worst and I tried to explain best I could!
