Can hrt stop anxiety ???

ARE ANY OF YOU ON HRT? have you found it helps or cures anxiety/panic?
im on a/ds and wondered if hrt would be better

Hi. I did a lot of research on HRT recently and I think the answer is maybe, maybe not. Unfortunately I didn't get to find out because I only lasted 3 or 4 days with my patch because it made me feel so ill.

Best thing you can do is have a chat with your doc - they're not always keen to prescribe HRT these days but worth speaking to him/her x

I'm on low dose HRT and sertraline 100mg. I was caught in a vicious circle of night sweats = no sleep= anxiety and depression, janeC is right though, not all GPs will prescribe them and HRT doesn't suit everyone
