Is it bowel cancer?😥

I'm too scared to know what to do.

I've had pellet like poop for about 2 weeks now with severe back pain and dizziness. My stomach is so tender with pain to the left of my belly button if I press it and even though I am passing stools everyday, it's hard and just not right.

I've had an endoscopy of my stomach and I've had an abdominal scan of all my vital organs- but I'm worried that the only part they haven't checked is my bowel.

I can't convince myself that this is just constipation. Im drinking so much water and it's making no difference

Please let me know if you've any experience of the same and what advice you would give. I'm scared and can't sleep.

Ive been having constant pain in the left hand side of my upper abdomen for the past 2 months... its scaring me to death. I also feel extremely sick with it. I have had quite a few bouts of diarreah with this. im convinced I have some sort of stomach cancer or pancreatic cancer...
your symptoms sound just like constipation..
its just health anxiety blowing things in your head out of proportion!
