Hugs needed

Hi,

I don't usually ask for hugs but I could really do with some right now. My dog passed away yesterday. I can't stop thinking about her, the pain is unbearable. The time I had with her was too short, she was only 5 years old. Thinking about the times my anxiety stopped me from doing things with her makes me feel even worse .

I'm really sorry to hear about this. I have a dog too and it would be very distressing to lose him as he's part of the family.

I too think about how my anxiety has stopped me doing more with him.

She might not have had many years but the ones she had, she knew she was loved and thats all important.
