MFS symptoms always feel tired

I believe I have MFS and am struggling to cope with it.
I have lots of other test done and are fine.
Bloods etc
But feel weak all the time and seem to always have (sorry) soft stools. Almost like diorea.
This all started after a bad cold in December 2014 and my energy levels have got worse.
Lost 6 kg but that seems to have stabilised now. Still within bmi
I am 27 feel like have no energy to do anything.

Any advice would help. Feel lost and no one seems to understand.

I'm sorry ant12, I'm not aware of what MFS is, and I still haven't been able to figure it out despite googling. You may get more responses for members if you use the full name rather than the acronym.
