    Does anyone know the name of this breathing exercises?

    You sit up right, and you breath rapidly through you mouth holding your lips a certain way and it makes a loud hissing sound.

    anyone know the name of this type of breathing?

    I'm not sure but the Sitkari has the same breathing technique like you said
