Morning
Does any get a feeling they are not living in the here and now I don't feel alive and with it and it's causing me more anxiety the more I notice what's going off
It's so frustrating some times when I don't feel connected to the outside world

Hi
This is just a courtesy reply to let you know that your post was moved from its original place to a sub-forum that is more relevant to your problem.
This is nothing personal - it just enables us to keep posts about the same problems in the relevant forums so other members with any experience with the issues can find them more easily.

ps moved to the denationalisation board. Have a look on here and also at the symptoms page on the home page of the forum. I think that it will explain what you are feeling.
Its horrible and scary, but very very common.
Yep I get this often, its depersonalization in its finest (and it really sucks sometimes) x

I also do get this a lot all the time, but I've gotten used to it at this point and it doesn't scare me, though I really hate it. Why can't my mind understand that there's no external threat and stop these DPDR sensations. They are literary so disturbing.
I get that feeling a lot too. I feel unreal,as does my reality. It's upsetting and annoying to feel this way,and you're definitely not alone in this...
hey sorry to hear you're going through this. I've had it for about 4 months now after a panic attack and have been on an SSRI with no help. I just recently got prescribed Clonazepam and it works wonders, it probably brings me back to 90% my normal self.
