Not there yet but getting better the Luvox and other meds are helping some. Also been reading a book about health anxiety. Haven't been to the Doctors since October. Before that I was going every week for something in a panic.

You sound as if you are doing really well, Beth. It's not easy to get a grip on health anxiety but you are certainly well on the way to managing the fears x
