    Hi Anne
Yep I suffer with severe diarrhoea and have been on sertraline for 5 weeks. Try taking immodium every day and after a week see if its any different - it has eased mine. I make sure I take my sertraline after the diarrohoea has eased in the morning.

    Re: sertraline problems

I have been on sertraline for 5 weeks and had minimal side effects but the last 4 days I've had diarrhoea. Bit concerned that it's too late to be a starting meds side effect. I see you guys have the same issue - has it worn off? I dont want to have to take immodium every day as it just doesn't seem right.
