Please tell me this is not related to MS as i googled and found myself on a ms forum. Im lying down at the mo worried about the pain in my arms and i got a tight muscl in my thigh then all of a suden my leg when ice cold well not to the touch but feels really cold. Its still there now but my leg feels warm. Im really scared please help x

I don't think it's anything to do with MS. It all sounds very much like anxiety to me. The more you stress the worse it will feel. Have you any way of trying to relax a bit (cd's or exercises) and that will release some of the tension.
If it continues you could ask your doc. but I bet it will have gone off before long.

my feel and hands are very cold now - but i am full of anxiety now.
i have shakes as well, and nausea...and confusion,...and light head and lots of other stuff...

so maybe you are the same

Hey just to say i get things like that too. Its like sometimes something feels icy cold, like my blood has gone cold. It happens in random places like one hand, one leg a foot, my nose blah blah. Sometimes I also get the same but with hot feelings, like hot water is being poured over part of me. I often get it on the left side of my cesearan scar, very odd. Even odder...it only a happens during the secon half on my monthly cycle. Another thing i get is it feels like a big cold drop of water has dripped on my head and its gone through my hair to my scalp...very weird.
Sometimes i also feel like one of my legs drags slightly....it is int though..just feels like it.
