Sudden Weakness In Arms?

Hi Guys,
I sometimes experience a sudden weakness and dull ache in the back of my upper arms esp when doing something where I have to hold my arms up.
I'm a Real estate agent so i don't get much exercise.
Just wondering if anyone else gets anything similar.

I get aches and pains all over my body and I blame it on muscle tension. xx

Hi Mandy,
This is more like a sudden weakness that only lasts about a minute or so.
I can however relate to the muscle tension.I suffered REAL bad with it for a while.
Funny but I can't remember how I got rid of it other than shoulder stretches.
Maybe it just got sick of trying to annoy me eh?

Hi all
I just experienced a sudden weakness in my arms as if the weakness flowed through my body. As I was sitting watching tv thoroughly relaxed I find it
difficult to relate it to anxiety, I'm retired and relatively stress free. I am a
half marathon runner, do yoga and reasonably fit. It's never happened before so I'm really interested in any possible cause.
