As I used to go to the gym no it won't do nothing to your blood sugers

The only things that are affected with excerise which is Normal is
    CPK
    Blood Pressure
Which is totally normal when excersing

    Hope that helps

Don't blood sugar tests have to be done with no food / drink for 10-12 hours beforehand?

For blood suger test only drink water keep notes if you eat anything so you can show the person when your tested stay away from high sugar content chocolate etc

Full blood count would not be affected
going to the gym would be fine even if your having sugar test and full blood count
