Weak pinky toe & weak or tired tongue

I have have had what feels like a weak/tired tongue..not as strong as what it used to be. I don't even feel like talking, my swallowing seems shallow . I have no appetite at all. I also have a loose wiggly pinky toe that t suspect is weak. My tongue has a vibrating sensation when I suck on it or try sucking a straw through milkshake. It feels like words are not pronounced right..I been fearful of als. I'm in my late 20's and female ..,can anyone relate?

Yes, my talking seems labored, I'm so scared this could be serious, I see a neurologist,he did a ssep & EEG which came back normal, I just pray that since it came back normal if I had als it would have picked it up. I thought emg was the only duo gnostic tool for that
