Health Anxiety about Brain Tumour

I am a 22.5 years old (M) from a Non Metropolitan urban city in India.On 16th march I was really tired so went on bed in late afternoon to take rest when I woke up I was a bit dizzy and sleepy.Then I took my dinner and went to bed and started searching for some news and events randomly.Randomly I searched for my symptoms and got Brain Tumour in 2nd slide.My life changed that day.A constant feeling of BT started haunting me.Only time I am relieved is when I think of some other less severe disease. Symptoms I read start appearing next day and go by own.
I got my eyes checked and doc prescribed .25 in both eyes.
I feel pins and needles ,pain in leg and hand,weakness and sleepy.I am depressed when i am alone thinging about it.
Help me!!
