Palps Continuously

Hi.

Hope everyone is having an OK day!

I really thought I was getting better, not really having any physical symptoms until last night. Ive had palpitations continuously, they are worse when I lay down. Ive got a Docs appointment later today, but now I think what is the point, he will just say its my anxiety!!

Does anyone else get palps for days? What did your Doc say about them?

yes i get them every day ,well i mabe can have 2 days in a month when i get none .
i have had them for years now and been to the docs lots of times i had a heart scan done a few months ago and the doc sead that all was ok and just that people with anxiety and without anx can get these palps .
i know the more you think about them the more they happen .
if i am having a bad day with them then i dont like to lay down as they get worse allso if i have a large meal or smoke to much ect .
try tell the doc how you have been ,have you had any tests ?if not ask her to do some it might make you feel better.

I have had them every day now for 8 months and had all sorts of tests and told not to worry worry will make them worse try and relax i know its hard carol

hi i know where youre coming from just started last tues with them all the time .Went to the docs on friday and she did blood pressure and im havngf a 24 hour heart monitor put on and also bloods done but think its due to stress havent had them all today until an hour ago and now they are back.They are scary but im gonna try not to worry about them easier said than done though.
