Viral infection causing fast heartbeat

I am scared I have myocarditis. I have been suffering with a viral infection for a week. My heart is pounding to the point I can here it in my ears, I am trembling, my breath keeps catching. I did have a ECG at the start of the infection which came back clear but what if something has developed since last week. I am so scared.

Mine usually goes up 15-20bpm when I have an infection. Even more if I start paying attention to it.
