Can you have a heart attack and recover without going to hospital?

About 15 months ago I was 6 weeks pregnant and had central chest pain.. it hurt when I breathed in too deeply and I had pain in my left arm and my jaw.. I started to panic but i was able to take a deep breath without pain after about 20 minutes... I went on with my day and I didn’t happen again, I went to the Drs and he said it was a panic attack (it wasn’t) so I booked another appt with a different dr and he said it wasn’t a heart attack and if it was it wouldn’t have just stopped on it’s own and that it could have been Costochondritis, I went through pregnancy , has my baby and he’s now 8 months old.. I’d forgotten about what happened but today I found out a friend had a heart attack at 12 weeks pregnant and died and now I’ve started having anxiety about it again endless googling saying I’ve had a heart attack and of course now if I go to the Drs about it after 15 months he’s going to think I’m loopy :( any advice??

My money is on costochondritis. It affects the central chest and is very painful. I had it once walking to work, the pain was intense, could hardly breathe. It went after 30 minutes. I had no idea what it was but I never thought it was a heart attack.
