I am feeling dreadful as I am feeling unwell and keep getting panic attacks

Having had multiple blood clots ,I was getting on well then Friday started to feel
Unwell went up to A and E at the weekend but all test were clear ,but still feel very unwell ,
As I have ME I do not know what this is as I feel I have lost control over my thinking and just had a panic attack ,
Felt so ill all day then I got so worried about it it made it worse,
Nearly dialled 999 but tried to calm my self down still feeling poorly has any one had blood clots have you or no any one who has had them and have they felt poorly .

If the tests were clear then I am sure you will be fine. Maybe it is the ME that is making you feel unwell or anxiety.

I have not had any blood clots I could only imagine what my anxiety would be like. sounds like a case of the ( what ifs ) fear of having more or the fear of having another panic attack. the what if will set your anxiety at full speed. hope this helps to ease to your mind.
