Hi there, am happy you have been coping ok (ish). Everyone and anyone gets tired and achey, it does not have to be because of stress, the weather has been so hot recently? lack of sleep? work worries? family worries? Of course, anxiety does make you feel like this but so does everyday life. Pamper yourself, nice bath/nice dvd etc...and try not to worry. Enjoy your week-end. xx

    Hi Tiger,

Anxiety can indeed leave you exhausted, I think most people on here can relate to that, so I wouldn't worry about it!
