Need to ask a ibs question

Does anyone get a pinch on lower right side with constipation? I have anxiety and it high for last couple months. I havent had a bowel moment since sunday. Is this normal with ibs c? Last couple days i cut out all carbs and only ate protein thinking due to gluten. Thanks for any posts. Driving me crazy.

Hi i get all my pain on the left hand side but some people get it in right i have the odd time but mostly the left

Also cutting carbs out wont help your bowel you need some fibre

Thanks. I am taking probotics every day as well.
