Yes its really good and works for alot of people, dont be scared of it...the worst that can happen is that it wont work for you.

I have been a memeber for along time and read that natral remides has helped lots of people.

I've been taking Rescue Remedy To comfort & Reassure. If im being honest hasn't really done much for me, but might work for you so its worth a try.

I swear by it hun...its fantastic...when i get that pit in stomach feelin i take it straight away and it calms me down .
