Hiya from 23-48

Hi there

Newbie to the forum, I am 48 now I was diagnosed with GAD at 23 when I had a panick attack which lasted 6 months and I would rather have died.

I found you site whilst browsing about hypoglycema because due to a chain of events I find that it gives exactly the same symptoms as I started with all those years ago.

I am on Seroxat (yuk lol).

Hope I can learn from and contribute lots to the forum
