Aching around left side and arm after palp

Hey folks,
Tonight I was watching a funny stand up comedy routine and laughing a lot which led to a heart palpitation and a sense that I couldn’t really catch my breath for a few seconds. Then for the next hour or so after and even a little bit now I’ve been having on and off aching around my left side under my armpit and through my arm - is this something people have experienced after a palpitation?

I know it’s probably my anxiety and I’m sure after the palp and build up of the worry I’m subconciously tensing muscles or something. But I’m just curious if anyone else has these symptoms. They almost feel like minor cramps.
