Request for sufferers of Anticipatory Anxiety

With the kind permission of the site administrators I am posting a request here for sufferers of Anticipatory Anxiety.

I am a freelance journalist who has been commissioned by a national newspaper supplement to write a feature on Anticipatory Anxiety, which I was personally diagnosed with in the summer of last year. I have since undergone CBT to learn to cope with it. I'm looking for women of a similar age to me – mid 30s to early 40s – who might share their own experience of dealing with Anticipatory Anxiety.
