anxiety/panic machine

Hi everybody....I'm Cody. I have suffered on and off (mostly on) with anxiety and panic for 30 years. I feel like there's a troll inside me messing with the wiring. I'm sick to death of it. Meds, EMDR, Hypnosis, trips to the doctor and hospital....nothing seems to help. I try floating, therapy and anything else, but the persistant burn of panic continues. Now I'm depressed. The symptoms are brutal. You'd think after thousands of attacks, one would get it....but it's just as scary every single time.

I'll give these forums a go and see if I can find some good techniques to utilize. I need relief.
