Head pressure

Hi, I'm new here and I need help please. I take mirtazipine and have since 2007, on Friday night I burnt my throat and didn't take them over the weekend. On Monday the Dr gave me dissolvable ones, within half n hour of putting it on my tongue I had the most immense pressure in my head that I have ever experienced in my life and I've had it ever since. I suffer with terrible anxiety and as u can imagine it was through the roof by the time I took the tablet Monday night. I'm so scared what is causing this, it's there even when I'm not anxious. It's in my face and my teeth as well. It eases when I lie down. Pls help!!!

If it eases when you lie down it is unlikely anything serious problems inside the skull are usually made worse by lying down
