Penile cancer worries

I am off to the GP on Tuesday because I am worried I have this,

now and again I have difficult with my foreskin. I dont want to damage the old purple hemlet as I pull it back to clean it (maybe that time I did it wrong, where it took me 3 seconds longer than usual) I cannot see any lumps on the skin, growths etc, and I dont have any bleeding or smells.

I know I need help, I only been to GP once this year, had a phone call about my blood test a few months ago, I had a mini therapy section earlier this year before the end of the tax year.

I am 33 I been silly enough to read stats for the under 60s, I been to the GP about odd marks before in my late 20s, I also been for a testicle ultrasound earlier this year so I doubt this would have picked up anything about penile cancer.

Also worried about the marks I have got, I am scared, and my family are fed up with me worrying. I have done the crime of Googling looking for symptoms and articles
