So today I saw possibly the best doctor ever!
I have been having pains in my chest and ribs for a few weeks now (me being me thought i was goning to have a heart attack at any minute) well turns out i had some facet joints in my back that had popped out and he just clicked my back (OUCH) and the pain went away ( so anyone with pains in there chest or ribs i recommened you ask your doc's about this), anyway he started talking to me about how anxiety actually works very complicated and if you want to ask for more details please PM me and I will explain.
