Fig roll and malted milk biscuits???

I have never been diagnosed with IBS but my GP has mentioned it a couple of times I haven't ever been investigated.

This may not be anything to do with IBS but can anybody tell me if there could be any link at all between the above biscuits and then 8hrs + later profuse explosive diarrhoea? I ate about half a pack of each instead of a meal (I know that is naughty, it was just one of those things that sometimes take over)

    thank you in advance

Figs will definitely make you go, not sure about the malted milks though.

Yep, agree about the figs, they would definately do this. I wouldn't have thought malted milk biscuits would do anything, but who knows? If you'd said a malted milk drink then maybe yes because of the lactose, but I think the biscuits are fairly harmless.

    ISB ☺
