IBS and chest pain

Hi there,

I've been suffering with IBS for about 13 years and for about the last 2 years I have been getting pains in my chest, that go all the way around to my shoulder blade on my left side. I have told my Dr this and she gave me some audmonal tablets to help with IBS pain. I can't begin to explain what this pain feels like, but I also get it when I am laying down. I just wondered if anyone else had/has this and if so, what do yoiu do to relieve it. I'm coming to the end of my tablets now and can't get into the drs for ages. Thanks ☺

I should add that I suffer with depression and anxiety, and recently lost my nan. I've been very down since she passed away, to the point I can't lift myself out of it, so dont know if this pain is due to depression and anxiety, or IBS.
