Hey all, I've been lurking for some time reading other members' posts and advice but felt it was the right time to get involved and try to help others and seek some advice for myself.

I suffer with mainly Health Anxiety at present which has been affecting me for 5 months or so since my mother passed away.

I hope I can help others going forward as well as seek some help myself.
