Hey! Introducing myself

Hi! I'm new to NMP. I have depression and generalized anxiety (but especially revolving around social interactions.) I've been on antidepressants for about 6 years and Zoloft for 3 years. I tend to easily freak out about stuff and looking at the forums thus far has made me feel less alone. Thanks for welcoming me

Good morning lilarg, from the USA via Great Britain. I often find it ironic to be talking to other Americans through a British website. But just as Emmz said, welcome to the site. I believe you find this to be a great source of comfort and information just as I have.

Being able to interact with others who share the same situation is a great way to find relief. I suggest you get as active as you can. I the beginning I can't tell how helpful this site and the people on have been to me.

Most of the time I would simply login and just type whatever was on my mind. In turn just the simple act of knowing there was someone there made me feel better. My hope is you can find that same comfort. Best to you lilarg on your journey of finding yourself.
