poem i wrote when i was as my lowest
hey guys this is a poem i wrote at my lowest hope you can take something from it any questions/advise is most welcome on here all the time atm as i am stuck between rock and a hard place
A glimpse into my mind
To be lost in your head is to have lost you’re self, so many thoughts (a troublesome thing), So many feelings (you can’t escape). A part of the brain a master of trapping a part of you that will gradually sadden. The deep down calm is there to be had, the mind is a trickster of which we know can seem bad. Is there any escape from your thoughts and feelings the answer is found not in your thoughts but within your being. Is a life worth living without happiness or joy, a problem personally experienced from I was a boy. If you have lived with ocd you will know what I mean so let your thoughts be and in doing so be free, give them no meaning give them no fuel only then you will can live life at its full.
