Help! Interview!

hi,

i have an interview for a job on wednesday - its a whole day assessment

i always always go bright red in interviews through anxiety. Does anyone have any suggestions what i could do to reduce this... herbal remedies? its a bit late to get a dr's presciption now!

I was once told to imagine everyone naked in order to relax my nerves or dressed up as a clown.

yes, I could try that!! i just get so nervous its horrible!! i've started taking Valerina (it was reduced in that well known supermarket!) has anyone had any positive reports of this?
