constant tight knot in belly

Lately am having constanly belly feeling like its all squeezing tight everyone (including docs) all say its just anxiety but my head always thinks its not.. I can wake up with this amd have it all day/s long.. Also when its nearly my time of month my stomach is in knots the whole week b4..

Why does my belly go this way?

I can understand how you feel with this, i too suffer with this all the time, it feels terrible more so when i eat. Just keep thinking tomorrow will be better.

Knotman mine is same when i eat i usually lose my appetite when anxious
