Convinced I have penile cancer - lump on shaft

I’m a 17 year old boy and about a week and a half ago I found a hard, painless and immovable lump on my penile shaft. It’s white and has a small black spot on it. The last few days I’m pretty sure it’s grown a small bit and it also feels like another tiny lump is forming beside it, although I can’t see it, only feel it.

I made the mistake of googling it and now I’m freaking out, especially after reading that phimosis is a risk factor, which is something I have. Only thing that calms me down a little bit is that it’s supposedly very rare, especially for people my age.

What do you think? Could it just be a cyst or something?

Please don't Google. I have done the crime on google when I find something in the similar area to you, and thought it was penile cancer this was when I was in my early 30s .If you are worried you need to see your GP/Doctor, if you don't have one are there any sexual clinics or similar in the area where you live.

Sorry, forgot to mention that I won't be able to get it checked for a week as I'm not home. Will definitely do so unless things change for the better. Just posted here in search for some calm so I can try to enjoy myself instead of worrying all the time.

And yeah, it's probably nothing but what scares me is the growing. Although I guess cysts can grow as well?
