Numb feeling in legs

Anyone else experience numbness in their legs days after a panic/anxiety attack?

I seem to get cramps quite easily too.

Yep.. have this too especially if i have a real bad one..Its contraction of the arteries and then the muscles causes the numbness feeling and well i can say not only have I had this in my feet ,legs and arms I have had it just about everywhere..Its pretty normal then when your muscles go back into to relaxing of course its going to hurt..and cramp..I would say yes pretty normal..
