Testicle pain and ache

Hi. I am going to the doctors but wanted to know if anxiety can cause pains and aches in my testicle, even when i not thinking about it. It sometimes gets worse when I think about it and sometimes happens when my mind is concentrating on other everyday day things. I know there's many possibilities but wanted to know if anxiety was one of them?

Anxiety could cause pain down there, being a male myself. also could cause pain if you check too much, Its always sensible to get pain checked out, unlikely anything bad. best of luck.
