Hollow eye sockets

Last night when i closed my eyes to sleep. I felt caccooned in a shell and awful feeling that my eyes were gone with just two hollow sockets left. Why did i have this awful real feeling. Consequently its gone over into today and i've got up with short sharp cut outs from reality. Why can't it just go away and be alright again? I know it sounds rediculous but its a real sensation. Just another one of the strange things we get, i get eye problems especially when first waking made me really panic in the beginning but i try to accept it now. You are just anxious try to keep busy and it will pass soon

I get the eye problems but mine are problems with my sight( I think). I feel as though I am not focusing properly on objects even though they dont look out of focus, it just feels that way...

Try not to worry about the problem because it is just anxiety and by worrying it just makes the problem worse..
